Important Rental Information – Please Read Below

Rental Bike Information

• The bikes come with a bag including a pump, repair kit and lock.
• Helmets are provided with each hire.
• Please note, we have a limited number of children’s bikes. If you’re planning to book a number of children’s bikes, please contact us prior to booking to confirm availability.
• We have 1 children’s bike trailer. 2 Bike seats and 1 tag-a-long bike.
• Childs seat minimum age is 12 months, maximum weight is 22kg. Child seats are not available for private hire, i.e they are for use with our adult bikes only.
• As a condition of rental all bikes/ebikes are not permitted to cycle into Bristol. You are permitted to cycle along the Bristol to Bath as far as Bitton Railway Station.
• The rental period is from 9:30am-4:30pm.
• Please note that bikes returned late will be charged penalty fees to cover associated staff costs.
• Please note – We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, although you are welcome to turn up and see if we have any bikes left for the day.

Rental Costs & Deposit Information

• £25 per adult step through, £45 per adult mountain bike, £25 per child’s bike and £15 for a children’s seat, bike trailer or tag-a-long kids bike.
• Multi-day hire – Please email us to discuss overnight and or multi-day hire. We charge a 50% hire fee for single day overnight hires.
• You must pay a refundable deposit of £100 per bike hire, multi-day bike hire is £200 per bike. This is paid when you pick up the bike. Please ensure that you have the physical card or access to the long card number, expiry date and 3/4 digit SVC.
• We accept AMEX, Visa and Mastercard, but I am afraid we don’t accept cash.
• Please note that bikes returned late will be charged penalty fees to cover associated staff costs.
• When you arrive, we will require a photo ID (passport or driving license).
